Японская локаль (или Applocale). Установить с образов iso, при запуске таблетка не требуется.
Следом можно накатить патч hadaka_update_v110.exe для основной игры и hadaka_yarashitsuji_update_v101.msi для фандиска, только правильно укажите каталоги с установленными играми (патчи правят опечатки, проблемы с CG, музыкой и с бэкграундами в некоторых сценах). На Windows Vista/7 могут возникнуть проблемы с установкой патчей, разработчики рекомендуют закидывать игру не в Program Files, запускать с правами администратора, отключить UAC, отключить антивирус, снять штаны и нагнуться, повернувшись задом, ага.
По желанию, можете поставить фанатский перевод Hadaka Shitsuji на английский язык, скопируйте файлы из папки "Hadaka Shitsuji english patch v1.0" в папку с уже установленной игрой "Hadaka Shitsuji" с заменой файлов и запускайте оттуда hadaka_en.exe (и к нему не ставьте hadaka_update_v110.exe, у меня они не заработали вместе).

В установщик патча вшит подробный журнал ошибок в нижней половине окна, он вам с радостью скажет, если что-то пойдёт не так. Также официальные патчи не ставятся на пропатченную английскую версию игры, установщик постоянно будет вылетать при проверке хешей MD5 файлов с ошибкой "[エラー] 旧バージョンのファイル内容が異なります(MD5チェックサムが一致しない).", они ж не совпадают. Видимо, придётся выбирать - инглиш v1.00 или японка v1.10.

С английским патчем она вылетает примерно в три раза чаще, так что с ним в три раза чаще сохраняйтесь. Но намертво вроде нигде не застревает, рано или поздно, путём неистового задрачивания save/load, вы дойдёте до победного конца (иногда помогает отпустить пробел и проехать опасный участок текста медленно и с особой бдительностью).
