Shokuo Shoujo by BBQ Sukidesu

The main character, "Yukigaya," lives in a remote village with her younger brother, her only relative. With her well-trained and agile dexterity, she raised her younger brother solely in her hunting. One day she went hunting and was attacked and parasitized by her tentacle monster.

This is a healthy girl who keeps saving with her part-time job to get rid of the monsters that parasitize her body. It is a story of struggling while being naughty by her tentacles and strangers.
