Even though the game has a high amount of "sexual intercourse" you can avoid almost everything completely. It depends on if you let an enemy catch you. Nothing will change your character permanently. If a ghost catches you, you might grow a dick and masturbate. After ejaculation, the dick vanishes and the character receives some damage. That's it.

Controls can be changed in the options menu.

The controls are:
←↑→↓ = Movement
A = Attack
S = Jump
D = Special self defense move (consumes battery)
↑↑ = Special attack (doesn't consume battery)
←← or →→ = Special attack move (doesn't consume battery)
↓← or ↓→ = Special attack move (consumes battery)

Tip: In the bonus round, try to catch more than 100 rings to get a special price!
