I didn't want to make the second patch for 0.6, but there were many people who feel lost in the Vanessa massaging event, so I fixed it..!

1) Now Vanessa will say if she needs more massaging on the area is required or not.

2) Even though her lust or shame does not meet the requirement, she will agree to undress when taking massage if more than 2 perfect massaging is performed.

3) Some problem with the sprites was fixed but some persists, but as they're not a major one so I'll deal with them in the next version.
