Our hero is a boy named Omni, who lives in the city of Pallet, who dreams of becoming a Pokemon master. One sunny morning, he came to Professor Oak's office with the hope of getting strong Pokemon. His searches were successful, although he did not find Pokemon, but he learned from the professor’s notes that he had invented a prototype device called Ashball, which was designed to capture criminals, not Pokemon, but people like Team R.
