Repeatable income tasks no longer require fixed start location.

Fixes:
Changed event restriction to not require specific weekday to trigger.
Fixes for possible bugs that could cause open-ended work tasks to break.
- Added safeguards to avoid this happening again.
Added descriptions to some work tasks that had changed characters.
Added assigned researcher to task list descriptions of research.
Added fix for drones not counting as they should. Stupid drones.
Added block for spying on trainee when she isn't home.
Added fix for guest showing up at bar when she shouldn't.
Fixed broken code in decode task that wouldn't show percentage.
Fixed map images after aspect cutoff.
Fixed bar guest rotation.
Assorted spelling, sentence and other minor corrections.
- After the Patreon changes I will add a lot more time to spelling corrections going forward and am currently working backwards through the events to fix the stupid mistakes like double words, missing words and word replacements (you/your, where/were etc.) that are there due to rushed typing and a bad case of text familiarity blindness. Since this is 1600+ tabs of text, this will take a while. Grammer is still work in progress due to lack of training with the English language.
