Some girls start with more stamina than others.
The stamina gain is sqrt (Number of times you use the girl in the brothel) multiplied by 0.22
The game will start keeping track of how many clients you do starting with this update

There is a new quest available after completing the school and club quest. Make sure you have recruited at least one girl to your brothel to start the cutscene!

Tips
You can press SPACE to go to the next dialogue instead of clicking.
You can double click the clients in the brothel instead of clicking one and then clicking the button.
The higher the level you are in a skill, the more bonus gold you get from any client. So always try to have the best clothes on!
Some quests require you to be a certain level. Equipping items/clothes to boost that level does not work.
Updates
Small updates like new pictures/quick bug fixes will be added immediately to the website version of the game.
The standalone downloadable versions will only be updated when there is a major update. I recommend you play on the website.
