The game forces you to balance on the edge of survival in an unforgiving simulation where every choice impacts your finances, energy, and sanity as you choose between grueling manual labor and "shady" opportunities within the city's underworld. Central to the narrative are manipulative therapy sessions with a provocative specialist whose unconventional methods aim to rebuild your shattered confidence, while a fully functional in-game smartphone allows you to navigate social media and adult platforms to forge new connections.
