The story of Lily is continued in Lily II: Masterplan. Now Lily can no longer lean on Kharoline, she teams up with Karen Campbell to get control over InterBio and at the same time stay out of the hands of Ilja Slavic.

In Lily II: Masterplan the player gets to decide the sexual escapades Lily gets involved in. You need Lily to enjoy sex to progress the game, but choose with who. It can be a full lesbian game if you want it to be, or you can avoid lesbian sex all together.​
