I recommend playing 1.1.0, 1.3.0 basically just adds some DLC scenes in the gallery. you can just watch them after playing 1.1.0.
If you want to play 1.3.0, just drag the 1.1.0 audio file into 1.3.0 game folder, without deleting the 1.3.0 audio folder. This will replace most of the audio file names to fix the issues.
The 1.1.0 shouldn't have issues with untranslated text I think.
