You start as a no-name hustler who just moved into the city, and you gotta make a name for yourself. Steal cars, rob houses, pick pockets, distribute and cook various substances ghetto-style or get yourself a nice cozy lab, and a lot more. And soon enough, you're gonna conquer all the turfs and set up a bunch of shady enterprises.
