joiLAB is an erotic VR game for aim training... however, the aim training part is optional, you can go straight to the Interactive joi (jerk-off instructions) section. The game features fully voiced scenes.

In joiLAB, your friend Kiyomi controls the avatar Kimi, who is aware that you both are in an online game, despite being physically distant. Unfortunately, if you are an amputee or armless, you won't be able to use all the hand gestures, but you can still use the VR controller.

The controls are mirrored, allowing for one-handed play, then your other hand is free. If you have at least one hand, you can still enjoy the game.
