A book that contains secret techniques passed down among ninjas, "The Secret Book," becomes the target of a ninja mother and son, Benihana and Hinata, on their journey. However, they unexpectedly fail and are captured by the fire-fighting police. In exchange for their release, they agree to retrieve a stolen famous sword from the bandits.
