Found Dead v1.7 (RJ143293) ENG patch (v1.00b)
Translation by E.G.
Translation Changelog:
5/9/22: Initial release (v1.00b)
Translator's/Editor's Notes:
As usual, here’s my spiel to shut up critics: I'm one person, doing this in my spare time, for free. I don't have a Patreon, don't accept donations, and am not a professional. It's a fan translation, done out
of love for the game and not for profit. I did this for your enjoyment and to allow JRPGs to be more
available and accessible to Western audiences. Please keep that in mind if you're gonna type something
asinine like, "ur translation sux". I've been translating long enough to ignore the haters and trolls.
Yup, after Silent Pill, I’m translating another horror game. This is my 5th horror game translation (3rd released publicly, so you can tell I like horror, lol).
This game (RJ143293) was one of the first games I’ve wanted to translate, even before I started fan-translating many years ago. A combination of lack of experience (at the time) in translating, the length and difficulty of this game (as well as in its text), and the fact that it’s WOLFRPG prevented me from doing so. After a LONG process, I think I’ve done the best I can with this game. Even though I’ve learned enough about Wolf games’ file structure, I haven’t mastered its editor (which is partly in Japanese anyway) to bugfix or add my own personal touches (which I normally do) in this game.
Anyway, the devs for this game were exemplary and even despite this game being over 7 years old, it has aged really well. It’s not only a lengthy and complicated, story-driven game, but is fun to play with emphasis on exploration and secrets, and a hefty number of H-scenes, DLCs, and features. I’ve taken quite a bit of creative license with this game and added endless references, memes, and whatnot to enhance the gameplay flavor, and enough additional customized story information to bridge out any holes or hard to understand areas in the plot. I hope you enjoy, as this game was lots of fun but not particularly easy to understand or translate (I’ve written an entire Walkthrough for you as well).
Please support the devs by buying this game. Thanks for reading and playing. -E.G.
Version information
Translation uses game version v1.7
- If you’re using an older version, that’s on your own risk. I don’t take any responsibility for errors caused by patching an older game with my translation patch.
To apply patch:
- Make a backup copy of all existing files. Use a tool such as DXExtract or WolfDec to extract the game files from the original game.wolf file to the game’s directory (it should be a data folder). Rename the game.wolf file. Merge this patch’s data folder to the extracted data folder, overwriting any files if prompted.
Known or likely errors:
I’ve done a lot of playtesting, but this game is way too long to say for certain that I’ve translated EVERYTHING. I also can’t bugfix WolfRPG games as I’d like, though I doubt I’ve broken anything with my translation. Please let me know if I’ve done so, or if you find any other problems.
1.) Untranslated text: Special abilities (healing) used on self out of battle still show as untranslated. I’ve translated it in T++ and there are no other instances of the text (nor plugins), so I’m at a loss.
2.) Untranslated text: # items in possession in side menu and HP/SP when gaining a level are not translated. I can fix this later with a patch once/if I receive any other fix tickets.
3.) Player’s name turns into “System/sav” in text. This is the most frustrating one, since I don’t know enough WolfRPG to get into the editor to troubleshoot. It looks fine in the world menus and whatnot, and the problem is obviously linked to a player’s save. I’d love for any help on this one.
4.) Selecting canceling option in Rea’s H-scene menu plays Rea’s priest scene in Gallery. Annoying but minor. Sorry, I checked in WolfRPG editor and I couldn’t parse out the problem.
Stuff I added or edited into the game (Patch v1.00):
Bugfixes and corrections:
- See below.
Improvements or added features:
- None so far. This being my 2nd Wolf translation, I’ll need to improve my skills before editing the game directly to avoid breaking anything.
Tips and Notes:
- I’ve made an entire comprehensive Walkthrough for this game, found in the patch folder. Please read and use it before you ask questions.

General tips:
• As I said in my READ ME, this game is VERY, VERY lore-heavy, with lots of dialogue and pieces of interconnected story hidden throughout the game/side quests so if you don't care about story, this game simply isn't for you. As convoluted and extensive as this story is, remember that I had to figure it out from Japanese, THEN translate it, along with the rest of the game, so I hope you can appreciate the story, if not my translation efforts.
• The game places a strong emphasis on exploration, as you can find books to improve your stats, skills, or levels, or valuable equipment/items, from NPCs or by searching shelves/lockers and other areas.
• You don't gain stats or levels from destroying monsters, but rather from reading survival guides/books so it's essential that you check everywhere for hidden treasures and books.
• With that previous tip in mind, while you follow this guide, I strongly urge you to check areas for healing items/weapons since I will expect you to have them without my direction. Otherwise, I'll provide a list of the most powerful items and manuals, and how to obtain them later in this guide.
• I'd strongly recommend obtaining the manuals up to Lvl 4-6 (3 Survival guides for non-27 days later, 5 Manuals total for 27 days later/D&T), since they are your only way of leveling/increasing stats.
• Use the bed in the starting room to heal up for free. There's also a bed at the halfway point (makeshift shelter) for 27 days later.
• Use the Shift key to run, but be mindful that it drains your stamina meter.
• There's no advantage to fighting zombies unless you are actually required to kill them, so either avoid them or run from them in battle (which eliminates them temporarily anyway).
The exceptions to this are biters and zombies in Area Z, where both are quick, difficult to escape from, and may be worth fighting simply to avoid them poking you for HP damage.
• SAVE OFTEN. You have 20 save slots. Use them before boss fights or story branches.
Lastly, and here’s the most important tip: This game is INTENDED to be lengthy, and even though I worked my ass off to write this fairly comprehensive guide (hell, I postponed uploading my translation by a week just to replay the entire friggin game and write this for your convenience), it’s obviously going to be confusing since the game is REALLY long (content-wise), with lots of story paths, areas, items, extra/optional content, and secrets. I know the majority of you won’t read this and will probably ask questions already covered here incessantly in the forums. This game is NOT for you. But for those of you who DID read this, please tell folks to actually USE this guide. Again, this guide took a great deal of work, and 90% of my replies to question-askers on the forums are gonna be to check this guide (as well as ridiculing them), even if I empathize with their struggles and confusion. Read this fucking guide please, and do so carefully before asking.
Sooooo enough ranting. Hope this helps at least someone. - E.G.
Guide: Non-27 Days later (Wake up option):
- This part of the game is mostly for beginners to the game as an introduction to gameplay, locations, and storyline, so I'd recommend playing it before the 27 Days Later path.
- Start the game, talking to surrounding NPCs and checking the shelter for items and books, which will increase your stats.
- Talk to the guy at the barricade, then to Dr A, to leave the shelter.
- Go North to the next area (to the mall’s food court area), then to the far right until you find a door. Check the lockers for the quest item (food cans) you need. You can also go left through the barricade in this room to meet Rea and Hinata regardless of whether you choose to go their route.
- Return to the shelter and talk to Dr. A. I'd STRONGLY recommend saving before you speak with him, as you will have the option to branch your route here.
Kimberly's/Survivor's Route:
1) Accept Kimberly's request for an H-scene with Kimberly. When you wake up, speak with Dr A.
2) Interact with the key rack in the guard station right before you enter the mall.
3) The Waiting room key is located in the yellow purse in Aniclo (2nd floor wing - see the Survival Guide #2 location for directions).
4) The Waiting room is past the 2nd floor wing stairwell, interact with the 2 large double doors; follow the path inside and search the 2nd/lower row of lockers for a rope.
5) Return to the shelter and talk to Dr A for an H-scene with Kimberly.
6) Speak to Dr A and make your way to the roof (2nd floor wing - see the Survival Guide #3 location for directions); go up the stairs from Hank and all the way down the hallway.
Survivor's Route:
7) You can have the option to escape on your own after throwing up the rope ladder onto the roof. The game will end there with the Survivor Ending.
Kimberly's Route:
8) If you choose to tell Kimberly, return back to the shelter. Evade the zombies and enter Kimberly's room. Save here. Defeat Sacai.
9) You'll be forced to evade or fight a horde of zombies in the hallway. Heal often and bear in mind you can't run from them. Interact with the rope ladder for Kimberly's Ending.
Rea's/Hinata's Route:
1) Reject Kimberly's request. When you wake up, speak with Dr A. (You can check Kimberly’s room for an H-scene).
2) Visit Rea and Hinata (go through the barricade in the area where you found the food).
3) Optionally, you can return to speak with Dr A for a hint, but to progress, return to the pharmacy (go back to the first floor, head right, up the stairs to the 2nd floor wing).
4) Go to the back room of the pharmacy behind the counter. Interact with the 1st top shelf on the far right to find the antibiotics.
5) Return to Rea and Hinata, and speak to Hinata for an H-scene with Hinata.
6) After you wake up, return to the shelter and speak with Dr A. Rea and Hinata will join you at the shelter for an H-scene with Rea. You can then speak to Rea and Hinata in the shelter for more H-scenes (see the H-scene guide below).
7) Reach the roof (2nd floor wing - see the Survival Guide #3 location for directions) and interact with Sacai to receive the broken rope ladder.
8) Return to the shelter and speak with Dr A for 2 H-scenes with Rea/Hinata.
9) Be prepared to fight waves of progressively stronger zombies. You will not have a chance to heal or recover, so save before you interact with the zombie horde and begin the fight.
10) Once you have defeated Zombie Sacai, you will receive Rea/Hinata's ending.
Random Note:
- There IS a secret room, but I’ll let y’all find it. I’m sure a bunch of you will ask for it, and a bunch of you will share the location in the forums anyway, but it’s near the mall playground.
Survival Guide locations (non-27 Days Later):
1) Galdi's Wine: (2nd floor). Go up from the 1st floor and to the right until you find an open store with red carpeting. Talk to the man at the counter. Go to the 2nd floor food court and to the right until you see the ice cream shop. Get the ice cream from the fridge and return to the man.
2) Men's Bathroom: (2nd floor wing) Go to the right on the 1st floor, go up the stairs, then go to the left, and down. Go to the lower left past the pharmacy. Talk to the man in the stall, then go North to Aniclo in the same area and knock on the door for an H-scene. Then return to the man.
3) Upper corridor: (2nd floor wing) Same area as 1st survival guide - far right on the 1st floor, go up the stairs, to the left, and down. Go to the lower right of the pharmacy through the doors. Interact with the box next to the sign by the stairs and talk to Hank. You'll need to photograph a few H-scenes for him, as provided below.
a.) Pharmacy - Right next to where you came in from near Hank, just go into the lower right of the pharmacy.
b.) NacDonalds - 2nd floor in the food court, it's between the Sushi place and soba place if you just go North. Check the open (black) door.
Return to Hank once you’re done.
H-Scenes List (non-27 Days Later):
Kimberly (#1-3 scenes): Progress through Kimberly's route (mandatory).
Kimberly/Niko zombie rape: Walk through hallway while checking the escape route (mandatory).
Kimberly/Sacai rape: Check Kimberly's door in Rea's route after refusing her request.
Hinata (#1 scene): Give Hinata Rea’s antibiotics. Progress through Rea's/Hinata's route (mandatory).
Hinata (#2 scene): Speak with Hinata (bottom area in shelter) after getting both to stay at the shelter.
Rea (#1 scene): Return to Dr A after giving Hinata the antibiotics for Rea. Progress through Rea's/Hinata's route (mandatory).
Rea (#2 scene): Speak with Rea in the shelter bathrooms after getting both to stay at the shelter.
Rea/Hinata (#1-2 scenes): Shown before final escape sequence. Progress through Rea's/Hinata's route (mandatory).
Rea/Hinata zombie rape: Check the hallway door in Kimberly's route during the final escape.
Zombie Pharmacist: Pharmacy, found during Hank's Survival Guide quest.
Zombie fast food worker: Nacdonalds, found during Hank's Survival Guide quest.
Zombie wife: Aniclo back room, found during bathroom man's Survival Guide quest.
Ran: Interact with Ran in her room at any point before the survivors flee/zombies invade in Rea's/Hinata's or Kimberly's routes respectively.
Guide: 27 Days later (Sleep option):
1) Note: You should play the game’s Non-27 Days later version before playing 27 Days later, which is harder and longer (giggity). You'll also miss out on lore/story as well if you don’t.
2) Wake up and go down from your starting location after searching the shelter for items. Pick up the flashlight in the bottom room and enter the sewers through the hole.
3) Go far north until you can go no further, then left until you find a ladder. Go up the ladder to enter the GMS room. Interact with the key rack to get the Passage A key.
(Going any further left will cause a surprise-zombie attack and start the optional GMS event).
4) Go back down into the sewers. The Passage A door will be across a bridge to the right (it's the first bridge you see after going north from the shelter-sewer entrance), then north.
5) Unlock the Passage A door, follow the path until you see a ladder. Climb up and go through the kitchen and through the double doors to the north.
6) You should now be in the mall, head north-east and take the first door you see. Then go right and up, into the vent.
7) Go through the butcher shop, heading right. Go down the stairs and through the meat storage room. Head right, then up. Save before entering the next room, as there will be a boss battle.
8) Defeat the butcher and interact with his corpse/the mass of meat to receive the bloody key (Passage B key).
9) Retrace your steps, returning to the sewers and healing if necessary. Passage B is across the 1st bridge, but instead of going through Passage A, head down, the right, then up.
10) Go through Passage B until you reach some stairs leading downward. Go down the stairs, then down and all the way to the right.
10a (optional): Instead of going straight right, veer up when you can and go through the second stairs (on the right side).
Keep climbing the stairs for rooftop access, containing multiple secrets and items (Old Key [for the chainsaw], Instruction Manual #3, Ran's Deadly Summer entrance.)
10b (optional): Instead of going straight, veer up when you can and go through the first stairs (on the left side). Explore the areas for items and the Motor (for the chainsaw) on a shelf.
11) From Step 10, head down, and to the left, then down, and up the stairs; follow the path out. You should now be in the mall again.
12) Head up the stairs to your right and save, as you will have your second boss battle. Defeat Kimberly and take the card key from the zombie.
13) Return to the sewers. Once back, go up (not up the bridge) and right until you see a second bridge. Go up this one, and through the door.
14) Head up and insert the card key into the machine to lower the water. From that area, head right and down the stairs.
15) Follow the path and before heading all the way down, make sure to SAVE! This option will branch out to Ran's route or Rain's route, depending on whether or not you have Ran with you.
You will also not be able to return to this area, so important items like the Manuals or Chainsaw will be lost, as well as any H-scenes you didn't find.
- If you want to see the short ending of 27 Days Later (finishing the game quickly), go with Ran's Route below.
- If you want to see the true ending of 27 Days Later (continuing the game for much longer), go with Rain's Route (D&T) below.
Ran's Route (Short ending):
To access Ran's route, you'll need to give her two pieces of meat. See below:
a.) Meat #1 location: It's to the right inside the kitchen in Passage A (See 27 Days later route, Step 7). Check the freezers for a piece of meat.
b.) Meat #2 location: After defeating the butcher, search the bloody area on the far left table for a fine piece of meat.
• Note that the first meat will NOT appear UNTIL you speak with Ran, and the second meat will not appear UNTIL you give the first piece of meat to Ran and then talk to her.
• Return to Ran in her room at the shelter for H-scenes with her after giving her each meat.
• After the second H-scene, talk to Ran to have her follow you.
NOTE: If you want to access Rain's route, do NOT accept Ran's request to follow you, as you'll be locked into Ran's route if so.
• With Ran in your party, you can access the Deadly Summer add-on/DLC - see the Deadly Summer DLC guide section below.
• She will also "gift" you a special suit in the locker in her room once you accept her as a companion.
• Follow the original 27 Days Later guide until you reach Step 15. Speak to Rain.
• Warning: Once you trigger the meet-up with Rain, you will no longer be able to access any other part of the current game, including the Deadly Summer add-on/DLC.
• Head left, down, then left again (follow the path) and you'll be forced to battle Legion. Defeat it and you'll receive Ran's Ending (and a secret outro spoiler).
Rain's Route (Extended ending) (Dead and Truth, aka D&T):
You must NOT have Ran in your party to access Rain's route (which is the most extended and complete version of the entire game.)
16) Speak to Rain, then battle your way South, fighting through the zombie horde.
I strongly recommend that you heal and have all three 3 manuals before you begin Rain’s route, with at least the blood sword, if not chainsaw. You'll fight Harpys and Ogres who both have high attack and HP (the former has 2x attacks too).
17) After making your way down the stairs, rest in the bed in the room past the door, then enter the stairs to your right.
Note: If you want to play the Mad Black Christmas add-on/DLC (MBC), interact with the red flowers before you enter the stairs, otherwise you will miss the event permanently.
18) Rain will stop you for a very long and confusing cutscene/story exposition dump. The next section (Dead and Truth, aka D&T) will begin.
19) Speak to Rain, then enter the stairs. In the sewers again, go south-east and cross the bridge.
20) From the bridge, go up and as far right as possible until you find a room with a pair of elevators. Take the rightmost one. From there, follow the path (North-west).
21) Continue following the path until you reach the double doors and enter the supermarket. From there, collect all items and save before heading East, as you'll encounter a boss.
22) Defeat the Supermarket lady for a manual, then head south-east and into the double doors. Head up the stairs and head left and down the stairs. Head left again and through a pair of doors.
23) If you followed the path, you should be by the pharmacy. Save here before entering, as you'll be faced with another boss fight.
24) Defeat Kane, who gives you a key, and loot the pharmacy. Return to the supermarket and use the key on the first set of double doors (to the East side of the supermarket).
24a Upon returning to the Supermarket, you can optionally enter the Theater. Go up and left, and speak to Kane. After a long scene (H-scene with Rea), defeat the Insane Priest for a manual.
25) Enter the Fish Market and go through both sets of doors, following the path. Be sure to save before going further.
26) Encounter Zaki and Dera after an H-scene (zombie girl rape), and refuse Zaki's request (unless you want a game over H-scene with Rain). Defeat Dera in battle.
27) Return back to Rain, unless you want to follow Zaki to the entrance to Area Z (covered below, though it's an incredibly difficult optional dungeon which I recommend saving for later.)
28) Give the neutralizer to Rain for an H-scene, gaining her as a follower and the ability to use a gun in battle.
29) Follow the same sewer path to the elevator in Step 20, except instead of going right ALL the way down the hallway to the elevators, take your second North to reach a single elevator door.
30) Enter the elevator door to the labs. There is no reason to investigate any of the lab rooms unless you want story lore or game hints.
31) Take the stairs and head north-east until you reach the elevators (a pair of light-blue cylinders). Interact with the rightmost one and select "Biology Lab"; when rejected, select "Cafeteria."
32) Head right and interact with the "Notes" you find on the ground, which will give you a Lv 3 Keycard. Go back to the elevator and select "Biology Lab" again.
33) Head Right, then up. Take the 1st door you see and go through the first lab room; head all the way down and through a room with blue test tubes, then head further down and right.
34) Go up and take your 1st right at the fork into another room of test tubes. From there, head right until you reach an opening. Go up until you reach stairs. Save here before a boss fight.
35) Defeat the boss, then head right, down, and left (follow the path), for an H-scene with Rain.
36) Rest, then SAVE HERE. With Rain not in your party, I'd strongly recommend returning to Step 27 and playing through Area Z if you choose, since you will face the final boss next otherwise.
37) If not, speak with Rain and continue left and upward until you reach the final boss; after a long cutscene, defeat the final boss in both his forms (see Bosses for tips).
38) Your final choice determines your ending. Choose to regain your memories (bad, H-scene) or refuse (good, Rain's ending).
Chainsaw location:
Requirements: Old Key (see 27 Days Later guide, Step 10a), Motor (27 Days Later guide, Step 10b)
- Go through Passage A in the sewer, and head right until you reach a bridge. Go up through it and to the right. Go through the door.
- Go to the right and make sure to save before using the Old Key to open the door.
- Defeat the huge zombie (see Boss Fights for tips, as it's a hard one) and interact with the chainsaw on the table, which is one of the best weapons in the game (and the one I recommend using)!
Legendary item locations (27 Days Later, MBC, D&T):
Demon Tabi: In a locker right before reaching the supermarket from the sewers.
Phoenix Robes: In a locker inside the fish market, right before you encounter Zaki and Dera.
Krampus (MBC): Placed in the real world (replacing the red flower) once you defeat Insane Santa.

Defeat the surprise-attack zombie to receive your first badge and speak to the chairman.
a.) Slayer #1 location: First Mall area, near the playground (see 27 Days Later guide, step 5-6)
b.) Slayer #2 location: Second Mall area, close to ARAP store and the escalators (see 27 Days Later guide, step 11)
Once you have defeated both slayers, return to the chairman for an H-scene with zombie Rea and the manual.
3 (Demon): In tent on Rooftop (see 27 Days Later guide, step 10a).
Special Forces Training Manual locations (27 Days Later, D&T):

Guide: DLC/Side Quests
Mad Black Christmas, aka MBC (27 Days later):
- To begin this add-on, you need to have escaped the horde of sewer zombies with Rain (Follow the 27 Days later guide until Step 18).
1) Investigate the red plant near the rightmost stairs.
Again, please note that you cannot start this event once you enter these stairs, so start MBC before you proceed.
2) When you get control, check the back 6 shelves to the left and right of you for presents (it doesn't matter where on the shelves that you click, and only these shelves have presents).
3) With the presents, you need to give them to the "good kids":
a.) Butcher: Located in the bottom right, in the Asian restaurant. Give him the Degoblock wife.
b.) Sacai: Located in the bookstore next to your starting location (right, then up). Give him the Suction-cupped crossbow.
c.) Niko: Located directly south of your starting location, next to the Christmas tree. Give her the Bonnie mouse.
d.) 6th zombie child: Located directly south of your starting location, hidden INSIDE the Christmas tree (by intent). Give her the Zombies Diaries.
e.) Hinata: Located in the back corner of Popos, to the bottom left, aka the store left of the Christmas tree. Give her the meat chew toy.
f.) Rea: Located to the far lower left, in the back corner of a sushi restaurant. Give her the Tomodachi.
g.) Hank: Located to the upper left. Go to the left of Nacdonalds, then up and through the doors past the shopping carts on the right. He's hiding (as usual) in a box to the upper right. Give him the Corpse Photo.
4) 4a (Optional) With the Glass Key given by the 6th zombie child (see Step 3d), you can access the glass doors to the north of the playground (to the upper left of the starting area).
4b Speak with all the different versions of you in the area for some story lore (and yes, if you think it's confusing, it's even more fucking confusing for me to even understand and then translate this tiny section's story).
4c After you speak to ALL your doppelgangers, the boss will appear to the middle north of the room. Save first. Defeat him to escape, with an extra skill.
5) Once you finish delivering the gifts (and potentially defeat the side boss), then heal up, save, and go back to see Santa for another battle. Defeat him for 2 H-scenes (1 if you delivered some presents and 2 of you delivered ALL presents).
General Notes for MBC:
• If you need to heal, there are massage beds that heal you for free near Hank (See Step 3g).
• Before ending the game, make sure to collect a TON of items everywhere, including healing items, shopping carts, etc.
• The entire floor wraps around, so you don't need to run back and forth constantly.
• Only certain zombies will attack you, indicated by color.
Deadly Summer (27 Days later):
To begin this add-on/DLC, you need to have Ran in your party (See Ran Route).
• Navigate to the locked door up a bunch of stairs near the roof (see 27 Days Later guide, Step 10a). It will only open with Ran in your party; also, be aware that you won't be able to leave once you open this door, until you finish the DLC.
• Head straight up, speaking with Ran whenever she stops, and up the stairs to a rather odd sight.
• Grab as many drinks (strong healing items) as possible in the area, then go to the small building in the south-east side of the rooftop for an H-scene.
• Hunt down and defeat as many zombies in the area as possible until you find the Maad Crew zombie. Defeat him and collect the key.
• Return to the small building and defeat the final (normal) zombie for an H-scene and the ending to the DLC.
Area Z (27 Days later, D&T):
- This is a high level dungeon with extra lore/items, but you MUST be well-prepared to enter. Don't complain about the difficulty if you don’t heed the 2-3 warnings I'm giving you in-game or this guide.
- To access, follow Zaki (See 27 Days Later guide, step 27), and his linear path. Enter the vault.
- WARNING: You should be highly leveled at this point, around Lv5-6 or so with at least the chainsaw, some legendary items, and preferably Rain's gun.
If not, DO NOT attempt this dungeon, as you can't leave it once you start it. There's also nowhere to freely heal in here.
- In most cases, you can lure the Nemesis-like Hive Mother into following you into a circle around the rooms, as she's usually guarding the way out. Don't try to kite her, as she's often too large to kite.
In addition, there's no reason to fight the Hive Mother except for the mandatory fight on 6F. Avoid her if you can by sprinting.
- Most lab rooms have nothing in them and you rarely need to go through them to proceed. Unless you see that their interior looks different from the outside (which means they usually contain loot), there's no need to investigate. The only exception to this is passing through the cafeteria on 4F.
- It's tempting to power-run through the maze-like labyrinth, but I'd recommend going slow since with the limited vision, you can easily run into zombies (or the Hive Mother). If you must run, hug the walls to avoid zombies.
- Most exits are on the upper left or right of the map if you get REALLY lost. Again, no need to enter rooms except for 4F.
- Lastly, I will NOT be providing a step-by-step walkthrough for how to navigate the maze floors. If you choose to enter Area Z, I expect you to at least WANT some challenge, as that's the entire point of this area. ;)
Platinum Days (Story outro):
No guide needed. An epilogue to the final story and shows the extra H-scenes with your harem girls.
Unlocked after completing the extended version of the game (27 Days Later, D&T), and selecting it in the Gallery.
Bosses Guide:
Non 27-Days Later Bosses
Sacai: Shouldn't be too hard, esp if you have all the survival guides. He can be worn down through attrition.
Zombie Sacai: You'll probably be badly wounded after a circuit of fighting zombies. Use the Mascot heads (found in the pharmacy) to lower his accuracy and heal. Use whatever special abilities you can.
27 Days Later/D&T Bosses
Butcher: Stock up on OJ (found abundantly in the kitchen) and use often; you should also already have 2 manuals to bolster your stats. Make sure to equip a knife and your best items.
Kimberly: Equip the Kevlar vest (found on a manequin in the ARAP clothing store in the mall) and it'll be a much easier fight, otherwise she'll shred you to pieces with strong 2x attacks.
Erica: I'd STRONGLY recommend having the best items/stats possible (e.g. "Blood sword", all 3 manuals, lots of healing items). Whittle down her HP while healing liberally often whenever she body slams you. It's a real tough fight, but since she's an optional/hidden boss that protects the strongest weapon in the game, it's worth fighting her.
Legion (Ran route): With lowish health and no double attack, you should be fine, esp if you have the manuals, chainsaw (or at least the blood sword), and healing items (from the Deadly Summer DLC).
SuperMarket Lady (D&T): Low health and damage; while she attacks twice, if you use defensive buff skills, she'll do next to no damage. You also have lots of healing items in the area to use.
Kane (D&T): A tougher version of the SuperMarket Lady. He can attack 4x in a row, so use the defensive buff skill and be prepared with lots of healing items. Kevlar vest should work on him.
Insane Priest (D&T): Optional boss, lowish health, weak and no double attack. He should be a pushover at whatever you point you choose to fight him. His body slam can hurt a bit though.
Dera (D&T): Lots of health, but he barely does damage if you have decent equipment and stats.
Zombified Megalodon (D&T): Lots of health, but you should have the gun at this point. Use the "Precision shooting" skill and it'll go down in 4-5 shots.
Arisugawa (Insane): Lots of health and a relatively weak double attack. Use defensive buffs and shoot him. Make sure to be as high health as possible since you'll fight his second form next without a break.
Arisugawa (Mutant): Even more health, but with only one (average) attack, he's fairly easily to bide out with healing items and gun shots/chainsaw attacks. The "Bio Repair" skill from Area Z makes him a cakewalk (well, it’s a fairly broken skill anyway).
DLC Bosses
Maad Crew (Deadly Summer): He attacks twice and has a blinding attack. However, there are a plentiful amount of healing items around, so if you've stocked up and have decent items/manuals, you should be fine.
Undead Santa (Mad Black Christmas): He doesn't have much health or accuracy, so hit him hard and quick. Don't be caught with low health since when his attacks connect, they hit HARD.
Crimson Fear (Mad Black Christmas): He attacks twice and has a LOT of health. Use defense-buffing skills and healing items, since you'll likely have accumulated many in the area.
Hive Mother (Area Z): Avoid her until you must fight her on 6F. She attacks twice, and powerfully, but use a combination of your gun and chainsaw attacks.
N-Factor (Area Z): She's an HP sponge/tank with a single, powerful attack. Wear her down and be patient. You should have a TON of bullets and healing items; use them liberally since the skill she gives you (Bio Repair) makes healing items obsolete.
