Doctor Doom, after having been one step away from realizing his dream of becoming the ruler of the world, is now defeated and without any power. A mysterious gypsy will come to his aid who will awaken in him the ancient power of the conquerors: DOMINIUM. Eager for revenge and to become the ruler of the world, his plan of conquest begins.
