Nurse Victoria has just received a new batch of vaccine and thought she better do the right thing and test it out on herself just in case there are any unwanted side effects before administering it to her patients. Just as she is done injecting herself, her receptionist comes in to tell Victoria that her next patient has arrived. Much to her surprise Victoria was pleased and excited to see Sarah walk through the door. It has been a year since these ladies have seen each other, and you could cut the sexual tension between them with a knife. As they get to talking Sarah tells Victoria that she is disappointed that she has lost some size since the last time she was there while Victoria thinks she looks just amazing as the last time they met. They head to the scales and even though Sarah is content with her weight tells Victoria she wants to get bigger and that's why she is back for a third dose of the vaccination and of course to see her. The ladies then head back to the examination table where Sarah drops her shorts and turns around as Victoria grabs her rock-hard glutes and injects her with the new vaccine. As Sarah removes the rest of her clothes, Victoria tells her to rest in case of any unwanted side effects as she disposes of the syringe...
