Thanks to a rare genetic disorder, Jack has been forced to live his life only 2 feet 3 inches tall. He laments the fact that he can’t do things normal people his age can do, and doesn’t take the news well that despite being an adult, he still has to be babysat by his next door neighbor while his mom heads off on a business trip. However he really gets shaken up when he finds out that his neighbor’s daughter, Jade, is back in town, and will be staying with them as well.
