After the events of with the fiends of hell, Miri’s youth and beauty were stripped from her, leaving her in total despair. She discovers a way to get it back – the Infinity Elixir – but it is an artifact that no one has ever managed to retrieve. Luckily Miri contracts the Mercenary Maggie, who is ready and able to deal with the fuck-challenges and orgy-trials required to claim the Elixir from the temple.

Kept locked away in a mountain temple, defended by a high priestess with guardians, the elixir is further safeguarded by not even being in this world! Only by passing the trials of the Elixir can it manifest and become real. So how can it actually be obtained? Through fucking of course!
