Hikari follows the story of three young women whom have never met but are destined to save the galaxy, and probably take it in the pooper. Sasayaki, a stuck up princess with dreams of becoming a Guardia. Tsuki, a Space Vampire like girl enslaved to a Guardia whom must suck Dick! not blood to live! And Hikari herself, an innocent in harms way.​
